With more than 25 years of lived experience in personal transformation, behavioral science, and holding space for women in the most honest seasons of their lives, Abrihet brings to this book what cannot be manufactured: the authority of having actually lived what she writes.
She spent three years living abroad in Costa Rica building a life that felt deeply aligned, and returned to find herself in the quiet, disorienting season that became the origin of MoonRoot Folk and the lived foundation of Uncovered.
